Today's trio of cheese: Birchrun Blue (Birchrun Farm, PA) A raw, semi-soft Cow cheese. Mild, sweet and note of black pepper. ; Noblette (Calkins Creamery, PA) soft, fresh pastured cow baby brie. Petite, elegant cousin of brie. Notes of herbs, mushroom and a big buttery finish.; Kidchego (Misty Creek Goat Dairy, Leola, PA) (Goat, Raw) Manchego Style. It’s made with raw goat’s milk by one Amos Miller, in Pennsylvania Amish country. He uses a recipe for Spanish Manchego, but the tweak is in the milk type. Kid goats give this cheese an herbaceous tang. Think walnuts, lemon brightness, wild grasses.

Beautiful flip-top glass growlers. We are awaiting the arrival of fresh kegs from breweries. We were able to get a great deal on these so the flip-top glass growler will be priced a bit below our cost of $15 + the cost of the beer. These filled growlers are priced at $MP

We will refill the beautiful flip-top growlers if you purchased them from us.  Drop off your empty growler and we will sanitize it and

refill it with whatever draft beer we are offering that day. Each day's selection will be posted on this page on days we are offering growler fills.
