Double Dry-Hopped Pliny the Elder

The original Pliny and DDH Pliny both have the same hop bill, (Amarillo, Centennial, CTZ and Simcoe) while the amunt of dry hops is roughly doubled in DDH Pliny. Original Pliny is dry-hopped on day 7 with about 2 pounds per barrel and DDH Pliny is dry-hopped on day 1 and again on day 6 for a toalof about 4 pounds per barrel. This adds even more flavor, complexity, hop aroma and freshness to the beer.  8%abv

Westmalle Dubbel

BELGIUM-Monk’s Café is honored to be one of a few beer bars to debut this legendary Trappist beer on draft in Pennsylvania. A dark red-brown beer with notes of caramel, malt and fruity esters followed by a long, dry finish. Rich and complex. We are so excited to pour this gem! 7%abv  $10 chalice
