Soft, fresh pastured baby brie. Petite and dainty, like an elegant and more interesting cousin of brie. Notes of herbs and mushrooms with a buttery finish.

A goat’s milk Gouda cheese made from spring and summer milk. Supple with notes of hickory nuts and wild flowers within a beautiful cream wax rind. Pairs well with crisp white wine or an amber ale.

Served with house-made jams, Green Meadow Farm raw honey & seasonal fruit, our house-made pickles & pickled mustard seed.

Lion's Mane Mushroom Cake     15

This umami-laden mushroom patty (lion's mane mushrooms from Mycopolitan) resembles a crab cake in appearance and texture, but the flavor is all earth. Pan seared and served over a bed of local, lightly dressed baby arugula. Topped with our samurai sauce made with house mayo, sambal, and créme fraiche.
