Appalachian (Meadow Creek Dairy, Galax, VA) * Cow, Raw * A lush, vibrant cheese with mushroom notes. Creamy and buttery with notes of lemon. Cellar aged for 90+ days. Great with a nice lager.

Fresh Chévre (Goat Rodeo Farm, Allison Park, PA) *Goat, Pasteurized * Smooth and creamy with notes of sun warmed fields and a hint of lemon

Moo & Blue (Firefly Farms, Accident, MD) * Cow, Pasteurized * Dense, buttery and rich blue cheese with a mild sweetness and really clean flavor. Aged for a minimum of 4 months.

 Served with house-made jams, Green Meadow Farm raw honey & local apples, our house-made pickles & pickled mustard seed.
