Shellbark Sharp #2 (Shellbark Hollow Farm, Honey Brook, PA) Pasteurized Goat.fresh, sharp chevre. Creamy, lemony tang

Noble Run Brie (Calkins Creamery, Honesdale, PA) Cow – Pasteurized.  Young cow's milk cheese. Buttery, earthy, mushroomy brie. This tart, lactic and creamy cheese is made from their registered Holstain cows and aged in the unique micro-climate of their farm cellar for 4 to 6 weeks.
