Gouda/Alpine hybrid. Savory, brown butter and nutty flavors. The aging process makes it crystalline and dense with tons of flavor. Great for beer pairing with IPAs, porter or pale ale.

Smooth and creamy with notes of sun warmed fields and a hint of lemon.
