Birchrun Blue (Birchrun Hills Farm, Chester Springs, Pa)  * Cow, Raw *  Semi-soft blue cheese. Mild, sweet and peppery. Creamy with delicate blue cheese flavors.

Sheep Camembert (Roundtop Farm, Honey Brook, PA) *Sheep, Pasteurized * Bloomy Rind. Clean, crisp and bright. Rich and creamy with a warm finish.
