The James Beard Foundation Awards (aka the food-biz Oscars) have recognized the greatness of Philadelphia's restaurants and hospitality professionals for a long time.  Jillian Wilson collects all of the JBFA nominees and winners in this roundup for the Philadelphia Inquirer, including a mention of our Tom Peters. 

Tom has been nominated for Outstanding Beverage Professional in 2013, 2014 and 2015, for his contributions in bringing Belgian and craft beer to Philadelphia and the US!  We wish all Philly-area 2022 nominees the best of luck, and thank them for their hard work in making Philadelphia a world-class dining and drinking destination.
